Forest Waggoner

Forest Waggoner is a Commercial Lender at Guaranty Bank & Trust with more than eight years of commercial lending experience and over a decade in commercial real estate. His background in portfolio management and credit analysis gives him a strong foundation in supporting developers, investors, and local businesses with their banking needs.

 

A native Texan, Forest has lived in Austin for ten years and volunteers regularly with local animal rescue organizations alongside his wife. He holds a BBA in Finance from Texas State University and is active in the Real Estate Council of Austin and the Urban Land Institute, where he serves on ULI Austin’s Young Leader Steering Committee and the Small Scale Development Council.

Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, hiking, and spending time with his wife, Shelby, and their two rescue dogs.
